Ratliff | Manwill | Family | Fort Worth Photography

Meet the Ratliffs and Manwills. When I first spoke with Kaylee we discussed how she might want to do their session where there were trains or railroads. You see her husband works for BNSF so it means something more to them.  I love that! It was pretty cold and windy that day, but they were awesome! Such a lovely family! Cropping Guide | Color Me Happy Photography | Fort Worth Photographer

Your photo session has ended and your gallery is ready to view. YES! You are so excited! Finally you can order prints for your walls! Right? Right?!?!?! (Please do not let those beautiful images just collect dust on your hard drive or a CD. Trust me. They will look much prettier on your WALLS!) Many times I get clients a little confused on how cropping/print sizes work. Im here to help! The deal is, not all crops are created equal. Prints come in many sizes, although all images are created by the camera at a 2:3 ratio (just like a 4×6 print). Depending on the size of the print you are choosing, part of the image may be cropped. Are you wondering what sizes are best to choose? There is no right answer. It will vary from each image and the wall space you are working with. This can be a little overwhelming as well so please feel free to contact me for help. I will gladly come check out your space and assist what would work best for you. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questi...

When you think of a what a photo session is, you tend to think of the more traditional definition. Your family gets dressed up in your nice, coordinating clothes you practice smiling with your kiddos for about a week beforehand (which by the way never really works!), and show up all ready to cheese and pose! This is different. Lifestyle sessions are about those kinds of moments you have wanted to have a mental picture of to remember forever, because those moments are what makes your family, YOU! The simple moments. Ordinary life. Its real and its beautiful. Meet Ellie.  Would you like to set up a lifestyle session for your family?
